Sunday before Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day weekend!
Well, I finally get my hands on a computer and then I get a phone call to go pick up my daughter from her sleepover.
So... sorry, not much in the way of a blog today, but you know you're going to bbq today anyway. Just remember that today is not bbq day, but Memorial Day. Actually, it's tomorrow... but whatever. Enjoy your hotdogs and burgers. And lets hope that we can get our troops home soon so we don't have to mourn any more of them.

Enjoy the weekend. I will be busy with a few things today, including a Shavuot service at my synagogue. It is a community wide celebration here in Northwest Indiana, and is the last one that my rabbi is officiating over before his retirement.

It must be something when I put the Milwaukee Brewers game on just to see any of the ads for the Wisconsin recall election. I saw the NRA's BS ad and one from Walker touting his 30,000 fictitious new jobs.
