No subbing. I am job hunting and spending some time at home with family.
It is going to get up to the mid 70s today, so I am planning on a nice walk with a friend's beagle.

In very sad news, Former President Carter has cancer spots on the brain. He begins radiation treatment today. I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

Ya know, I do still have quite a few of those happy brownies I made (once I managed to get a gas mask.. you would not BELIEVE the horrid smelling fumes that happen while making cannabutter!)

Alright...back home.
No inflammation, no infection...seems like "ordinary" gallstones. As I remarked to the ER nurse, 'I bet you've never been told that I'm happy to hear that diagnosis - put me on the short list.'
In any case, it's uncomfortable but not terminal. I have a pain scrip in-hand, but I'm going to try some OTC painkillers first...not wanting to actually fill a narcotics scrip.
I'm sure I'll work myself into a hypochondriac frenzy after just five minutes' research online.
