I need a Moment.

I simply don't know what to say today. I may be back with a real blog, but for now, take a moment to read this restaurant review.
It's more of a metaphor for what is to unfold before our very eyes.
Many people are talking about Grayden Carter this morning (including to future leader of the possibly free world), for writing this magnificent piece but Tina Nguyen has the best words of the day.
I hope it's not a prophecy of what we will become: flaccid, gray Szechuan dumplings with flaccid, gray innards.

How did nachos, one of the hardest dishes in the American canon to mess up, turn out so deeply unlovable? Why augment tortilla chips with fried lasagna noodles that taste like nothing except oil? Why not bury those chips under a properly hot and filling layer of melted cheese and jalapeños instead of dribbling them with thin needles of pepperoni and cold gray clots of ground turkey?

I have read from a few trial lawyers that the 7 hours is customary.
if Chef decides to settle, He won;t have to testify -- That said, Chef can ask for a decent amount of money to settle the civil case.
