Even worse -- anyone who isn't a multimillionaire.

He's gross.

Ever been so mad that all you can do is cry? That's how I feel 24/7 about this regime.

Abraham Lincoln: "Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth."

Donald Trump: "Government of the rich, by the rich, for the rich, is the best."

How the GOP has fallen.

So - everything I was starting to write about has already been mentioned in the comments. The Republicans are not even hiding it anymore - it's just a blatant money and power grab, combined with blatant lying and demonizing the press for calling them on it.

Their supporters are all under the Dunning-Kruger effect, so they lap it up while they sink ever further into the muck, blaming everyone but themselves and the Republicans for their problems.

Maybe an asteroid will just wipe us all out and put an end to this.

Today's SCOTUS decisions:

Maslenjak v. US : Immigration/Naturalization case where the person knowingly lied to a govt officer about her husband's past in Serbia. Unanimous with several concurrences to reject charges against her.

Turner v. U.S. : Murder convictions & (unrelated) evidence undisclosed to the defense. 6-2 to keep the convictions in place.

Weaver v. Mass. : Supporters of a teenager charged with murder refused entry to a closed courtroom, defense counsel did not object. Unanimous with several concurrences allowing the courtroom to be closed.

Russian hackers weren't changing votes - they were changing voter registration rolls & stealing personal data.

This is 100% in line with what the GOP already does to scrub registered voters from the rolls, but there's an even more sinister aspect to it. They could've intimidated people to vote a certain way. They could've had people in place to impersonate someone else. They could've even just added thousands of fake names and had their platoon of intelligence agents here vote as one of them.

I missed with all the went on last week. and I am going to admit that it un-nerves me.

Trump is really becoming a lunatic magnet -- to the point that they are returning.
A judge told Moles on June 2 that he could be released until his trial but must participate in a mental health evaluation and treatment at a Veterans Affairs facility in Georgia. He was told he must also stay away from Washington unless the visit is connected to his case, and when in Washington he must stay away from the Trump Hotel and the White House.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Friedman said in court documents that Moles returned to Washington early Thursday “apparently to purchase and consume drugs.”

Moles also posted photos Thursday on Facebook of newspapers describing the shooting of Rep. Steve Scalise, Friedman said. The newspapers were placed in the photos next to a black bag with “unknown contents,” he said.

Moles was discharged Monday from the Veterans Affairs facility in Georgia “against medical advice” after he refused to comply with his treatment, Friedman said. His discharge came two days after prosecutors say Moles tampered with a sprinkler system at the VA facility, causing his room to flood.

Moles also left a threatening voice message for a female witness in the case and a close family member has expressed “serious concern” about his mental state, Friedman wrote.

This Senate bill is worse than the House one. It goes directly after Medicaid and funding for rural hospitals - which means all the elderly & poor rural Trump voters are getting exactly what they voted for.
