Last night it was revealed that the current occupant of the White House errr, Tippy Top building, is not a criminal target in the special counsel's investigation.
From WaPo:
Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III informed President Trump’s attorneys last month that he is continuing to investigate the president but does not consider him a criminal target at this point, according to three people familiar with the discussions.

In private negotiations in early March about a possible presidential interview, Mueller described Trump as a subject of his investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. Prosecutors view someone as a subject when that person has engaged in conduct that is under investigation but there is not sufficient evidence to bring charges.

Mueller is continuing to investigate the president but does not consider him a criminal target. tRump is still under criminal investigation. From the article linked above:
However, legal experts said Mueller’s description of Trump as a subject of a grand jury probe does not mean he is in the clear.

Under Justice Department guidelines, a subject of an investigation is a person whose conduct falls within the scope of a grand jury’s investigation. A target is a person for which there is substantial evidence linking him or her to a crime.

A subject could become a target with his or her own testimony, legal experts warn.
If tRump doesn't give Mueller the interview he is asking for, he may have to face a Grand Jury, with no lawyers present. This is by design.

He's not currently a target. If he lies under oath he will become one very quickly. Yesterday the first person received jail time in this investigation. We also learned Deputy AG Rosenstein gave Mueller the go-ahead to further investigate Paul Manafort.

Depending on how one looks at this Special investigation, things are coming together or perhaps unraveling. This is not good news for this administration, at all.

Hopefully, it will be good news for our country.

and

Raine

Good morning.

Another day of Buffalo radio.

Next week I am going to Vegas for NAB and try my luck there. There is a career day 1 week from today.at the convention. I am so tempted to find work in a warmer climate like LA or Vegas because the last few weeks have sucked weatherwise and I can't take the shitty weather anymore.

And now the 4F Special Election Report for April 3rd, 2018!

First the real big news.. Rebecca Dallet won the election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court seat. In fact, she didn't just win & flip the seat. SHE TORE IT UP YALL. 56-44. In a statewide election, where a Democrat hasn't won anything since 2011. The court is now a 4-3 split in favor of conservatives.

Also in Wisconsin, there was a ballot referendum pushed by the GOP to eliminate the office of State Treasurer. Voters rejected that by a 61-39 margin.

Meanwhile just around the corner from me in Attleboro, MA, a special election for State Rep was held for the Dems by Jim Hawkins, who defeated Julie Hall 52-48.

And finally, right here in Lil' Rhody, we had a special election for State Senate representing Pawtucket. There wasn't really any surprise that the Dem, Sandra Cano, would win. The question was the margin - Obama won this district 73-26 in 2012, while Hillary won it 63-32. It ended up being 73-27.

Me too. There have been too many disruptions this past year for me which screwed with my job search and I can't just keep working part-time with no benefits.

Is Momma today a fill-in or best of show? Since I am at work, I can't see what they did on short notice.
