I haz a sad, thought I had a home for 2 of the kittens we rescued but the rescue person we are turning them over to is making it difficult for the person to met up and pick out the ones her girls want this weekend. Looking like they may got to another rescue group instead.

Hey, needs some thoughts on a ballot question from ya'll
This in on the VA ballot this year -
Shall the real property tax exemption for a primary residence that is currently provided to the surviving spouses of veterans who had a one hundred percent service-connected, permanent, and total disability be amended to allow the surviving spouse to move to a different primary residence and still claim the exemption?
Part of me thinks, yes because it reminds me of my grandparents and would have been handy if my grandma had needed to move is something had happened to my grandpa.
But then I remember veterans are so much younger now. God forbid anything happen to someone's spouse but that could be a lot of years for someone to not pay into property taxes or open up scamming of a system by not so scrupulous people. And I hate that I've become so jaded that I would think that people would do that.
What do you guys think?
