We're not at war with Iran. That's how low the bar is for me on this Monday morning.
Right now it feels like we are in a very unsettling holding pattern. I don't like it at all. One bright spot is all of the amazing women and men who have stood up and resisted the decidedly authoritarian tone that the nation has taken. Here is my shero of the weekend, Leslie Jones:
It might be a comedy bit, but she was deadly serious. It's comedy that gets me through a lot of these times. We all need Sheroes. Who is your current one?

Edit - let me add also, for a few years I've been apart of the WaywardAF movement part of the Supernatural fandom. Basically, it involves all the actress who have been on this show cause they are incredibly bad ass. I'd like to add Kim Rhodes and Briana Buckmaster to my list of Sheroes. They have headed up this movement since the start and have been amazing with their consistent positivity and support of women in and out of the fandom.

This could very well turn into a Ron Placone thing. He was kinda wished away in the cornfield for being to anti HRC. now he's llike a young turks emogressive, in my opinion.
