...and *gasp* The White House just shepherded them in.

It's nice to have some fun again. It's joyful to see humility and love in the White House again. Welcome to your new home Champ and Major!

Let's get this first Monday of the Biden Administration going! (Doesn't that feel good to read?)

and

If this Biden administration is so "boring" that we have Fluffy Monday in addition to Fluffy Friday, I will absolutely not complain

I saw an article that grocery store chain Lidl is offering its employees a $200 bonus to get the Coronavirus vaccine. That is some smart proactive shit.

Rob Portman ® Ohio is not running for office again -- we could get that seat!

Dominion is now suing Ghouiliani for 1.3 billion. Can the MyPillow guy be next?

That is complete bullshit - just because he's no longer president doesn't mean he didn't abuse his power while in office to the detriment of other local businesses. He should still be financially liable.

Greetings, comrades.

Isn't there at least one republican out there that thinks "There's far worse to come" regarding Trump, and "didn't want to be on the wrong side of history?"

(I can't actually find that story now - I only saw it in passing yesterday.)

WaPo breaking:

The commander of the D.C. National Guard said the Pentagon restricted his authority ahead of the riot at the U.S. Capitol, requiring higher level sign-off to respond that cost time as the events that day spiraled out of control.

Local commanders typically have the power to take military action on their own to save lives or prevent significant property damage in an urgent situation when there isn’t enough time to obtain approval from headquarters.
