Good Morning.

The obvious story today is President Bush. He is our last sitting president to have had active service in WWII, and he is of course famously known as the youngest Navy pilot during that conflict. First the disclaimer - I did not write this blog (okay, I am writing this introduction, but the remaining content is from a friend of a friend (and possibly one more friend-removed) who asked that this be propagated, but preferred his/her name be left out of it. I am respecting those wishes (especially since I know nothing about the original writer). All I know is that the person spent a little time with the group of refugees in Mexico who are trying to seek asylum in the U.S., and wants to correct all the misconceptions about the so-called "caravan"...

Good Morning.

We'll dust off and old staple and start this morning as we always used to; with the latest casualties of war.

I can claim it's not being done in my name, but the sad reality is that it is. This is where we are as a nation right now. We are gassing people at the border.

Hell of a thing to wake up to this morning.

Facebook
NEW HAMPTON, N.H. - A Quincy teenager has died after a single-car crash on I-93 north in New Hampshire.

At 6:30 a.m. Friday, police were called to mile marker 72 in New Hampton for a vehicle that had gone off the roadway.

Police say it's unknown what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway, but they believe speed was a factor. The vehicle crashed through a guardrail and became airborne before landing on its side.

The driver, identified as 18-year-old Lucien Therberge of Quincy, Massachusetts was pronounced dead at the scene. A 16-year-old passenger was seriously injured and flown to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. No additional information on their condition was available.

The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information should contact New Hampshire State Police at (603)271-1162.
