Good Morning.

We'll start with some history this morning. Most of you are probably aware of the Sullivan Brothers, all KIA in WWII.

Seriously, they aren't even pretending to be serious anymore. Last night freshman QOP member Marjorie Taylor-Green pulled a helluva stunt and proceeded to double down on hate.

The Sounds of Silence
Author: BobR    Date: 02/24/2021 13:39:46

Do you hear that? Those are the sounds of things you've been missing for the 4 years when the orange shitgibbon was blasting out his ugliness non-stop. As we settle back into an uneasy normalcy (politically, anyway), stories that should have been front-page news - and were drowned in the bile from 45's id - are once again being given their rightful attention.

No one has realized that more than that sad bloated sack of protoplasm - Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX). I won't rehash his self-destructive actions - they've been thoroughly covered here and elsewhere. In previous years, this would have been blown off the news grid (pun intended) by several outrages from the Previous Occupant.

Also refreshing is that President Biden is putting competent leadership back into his cabinet, rather than toadies and industry leaders determined to destroy them from within. All in all - they have their jobs cut out for them, rebuilding a federal government that was hollowed out and trashed. The confirmation hearings for Merrick Garland (future AG) are absurd, but he will ensure that the Justice Department will no longer be used for personal vendettas.

Let them freeze cake.
Author: TriSec    Date: 02/20/2021 12:41:24

Good Morning.

It has dawned dreary and overcast here in Greater Boston, with two or three inches of new snow on the ground. I'm surprised to find it to be a near-balmy 30 degrees on my back deck.
